Due to fraudulent activity Gourmet Way will only accept returns purchased directly from Gourmet Way and accordance with the following in order to be considered for a refund:
Food products must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Returns for respective item's must received with fifteen (15) day's of the purchased item's delivery date. In all cases, refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to one (1) billing cycle to appear on your statement.
Tracking will be provided for all shipments. Gourmet Way is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
